The guarantee does not cover normal wear, natural tarnishing, accidental damage, loss, improper care or damage caused by unauthorised repairs.

Proof of purchase may be required when making a claim.

Tracked UK delivery usually takes approximately 5–6 business days after dispatch.

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Pierced earrings cannot normally be returned for hygiene reasons unless they are faulty.
