As part of our "Hassle-Free Shopping" policy, we cover all customs duties and taxes, regardless of the amount. The price you see is the price you pay.
In the rare event that a courier asks for payment upon delivery:

Send a photo of the receipt to us immediately. We will refund 100% of the tax amount plus an extra "apology refund" for the inconvenience.
Shipping Times We offer Free Worldwide Shipping. Once your order is dispatched from one of our international warehouses, you will receive an email with your tracking link. Warehouses are selected based on stock availability and your location.
To give you peace of mind, all customs procedures are handled by VéritéVue. Orders placed before 10:00 AM are usually dispatched the same day. During peak seasons, dispatch may take a few extra days.

Return & Exchange Policy You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Hygiene Rules: For hygiene reasons and per consumer safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on pierced earrings unless they are faulty. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these hygiene standards.
How to Return? To start a return, please email support@veritevue.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return code and instructions. (Please note: Our return address is located in Turkey.)
Cancellations & Wrong Address Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After this window, our automated fulfillment system processes the order, and it cannot be stopped.
Cancellation Fee: Due to banking and payment processor regulations (governed by Wyoming State laws where our billing entity resides), a transaction fee of $2 - $7 USD (approx. £1.50 - £5.50) is non-refundable. This fee is charged by the banks, not us.
