Shipping & Delivery

We inspect every order before it leaves us. It takes a little longer, but it means what arrives is exactly what it should be.

1. Processing & Dispatch

All orders are picked, packed, and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Orders placed after 2pm on Friday, or over the weekend, are processed the following Monday. During busy periods dispatch may take slightly longer — we'll always keep you updated.

2. UK Delivery

Free tracked shipping on every UK order.

• Carrier: Yodel
• Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days
• Cost: Free

3. International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. Rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.

• Europe: 7–12 business days
• USA & Canada: 8–15 business days
• Rest of World: 10–20 business days

International customers are responsible for any customs or import duties applicable in their country.

4. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

5. Gift-Ready Packaging

Every order ships in discreet outer packaging. Inside, your item arrives in its full premium presentation — ready to give, no extra wrapping needed.

6. Address & Delivery Issues

Please double-check your address at checkout. We can't redirect orders once dispatched. If you notice an error, email us immediately at support@swornlondon.co.uk and we'll do our best to help before it ships.

If your tracking shows delivered but nothing has arrived, please check with neighbours or your local delivery office first.
